This study introduces a cutting-edge, aptamer-based, planar electric, double-layer field-effect transistor (FET) system that offers both high sensitivity and specificity for the detection of troponin I (TnI). The proposed sensing platform leverages signal amplification capabilities FETs alongside unique attributes electric design to address limitations inherent in traditional ion-sensitive detectors, which are impacted by Debye length effects. By integrating TnI-specific aptamers, markedly enhances molecular recognition transduction efficiency, achieving an impressive limit 0.0001467 decade. Myocardial infarction (MI) is a serious heart ailment that requires cutting-edge remedies for effective treatment. This study examines the possible cardioprotective effects of hydroalcoholic extract from Satureja hortensis L. (HASH) in rats with isoproterenol (ISO) induced myocardial infarction. The were pretreated orally low (200 mg/kg), high dose (400 and metoprolol (10 their respective groups 30 days, followed by two subcutaneous doses (ISO). Blood was obtained to measure biochemicals such as creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB), Troponin I, Alanine transaminase (ALT), Aspartate (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), an electrocardiogram (ECG) rat recorded after experiment. integrity examined histopathologically, malondialdehyde (MDA) levels antioxidant enzyme concentrations assessed using tissue homogenate. Abstract A direct electron tunneling of myoglobin (cardiac biomarker) onto a magnesium oxide templated carbon electrode surface (MgOC) was observed. The porous material employed in this work possesses 3D macropores structure.
