In the realm of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems, selection a weighting method holds critical role. Researchers from diverse fields have consistently employed MCDM techniques, utilizing both traditional and novel methods to enhance discipline. Acknowledging significance staying abreast such methodological developments, this study endeavors contribute field through comprehensive review several weighting-based methods: CILOS, IDOCRIW, FUCOM, LBWA, SAPEVO-M, MEREC. Each is scrutinized in terms its characteristics steps while also drawing upon publications extracted Web Science (WoS) Scopus databases. Through bibliometric content analyses, delves into trend, research components (sources, authors, countries, affiliations), application areas, fuzzy implementations, hybrid studies (use other and/or ranking methods), tools for these methods. Abstract Wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) is one of the most important non-traditional methods that widely used in various industries. The present research work concerned with influences process variables on quality machined specimen obtained from WEDM process. parameters to manufacture mold structure included wire feed speed, tension and generator power, current research, effects these aim factors, namely dimensional accuracy, hardness roughness product surface have been investigated, simultaneously. In order obtain optimal experiment, multi-objective optimization discrete solution area has employed. Against the background of a major change in world unseen century, emergencies with high complexity and uncertainty have had serious impacts on economic security sustainable social development, making emergency management an important issue that needs to be urgently resolved, quality assessment information is key link management. Climate change (CC) represents a paramount environmental challenge, necessitating the deployment of sustainable, low-carbon strategies particularly in developing regions such as Africa. This study introduces novel decision-making framework aimed at enhancing prioritization policies to combat adverse effects CC. The proposed two-stage model employs integration Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product (WASPAS) under spherical fuzzy (SF) conditions address strategic sequencing sustainable policies. Initially, SF-SWARA is utilized ascertain relative significance diverse criteria. Subsequently, SF-WASPAS method ranks these policies, facilitating informed decision-making. primary obstacles identified include limited institutional capacity, insufficient financial resources, technological constraints, for which alternatives are proposed. Moreover, rigorous sensitivity comparative analyses affirm model's applicability.
