Abstract New and creative methodologies for the fabrication of silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs), which are exploited in a wide range consumer items, significant interest. Hence, this research emphasizes biological approach Ag-NPs through Egyptian henna leaves ( Lawsonia inermis Linn.) extracts analysis prepared Ag-NPs. Plant extract components were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-mass). The analyses carried out UV–visible (UV–Vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis. UV–Vis reveals that have maximum peak at 460 nm visible light. Structural characterization recorded peaks corresponded to Bragg’s diffractions nano-crystal, with average crystallite sizes varying from 28 60 nm.
