Introduction: Children exposed to radiation chemical agents or born parents faced elevated risks of stochastic pathologies, including genetic disorders, tumours, and leukaemia. These were attributed mutations latent genomic damage caused by such exposures. Methods: This six-month experimental study at NAO ZKMU in Kazakhstan evaluated Burdock Root Oil's protective effects against gamma hexavalent chromium-induced 100 Wistar rats, analyzed using Statistica 10.Results: The findings revealed that the offspring combined chromium irradiation (Cr⁶⁺ + γ) exhibited a 33% increase micronuclei (6.3 ±1.16‰, P ≤ 0.01) compared controls (4.56 ± 1.18‰), indicating significant genotoxicity. Oil reduced levels 5.34 0.792‰ (P≥ 0.05), comparable control levels. Chromosomal aberrations Cr⁶⁺+ γgroup increased 54% (2.77 0.537%, 0.001), while total 19.5% (P 0.005). Markers oxidative stress showed improvement; superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity 16.7%, catalase 22.6%, sulfhydryl groups 23% (P≤ malondialdehyde decreased 16% 0.05). SH/MDA ratio 45% 0.05).Conclusions: effectively mitigated genotoxic, oxidative, inflammatory chromium. It restored immune balance, stress, preserved stability

Cyclophosphamide is a key component of numerous chemotherapeutic protocols, demonstrating broad-spectrum efficacy against various malignancies and non-cancerous conditions. This review examines CPM's metabolic pathways, therapeutic applications, its resulting organ-specific toxicities. Despite clinical benefits in treating nephrotic syndrome, encephalomyelitis, breast cancer, ovarian other diseases, CPM associated with significant adverse effects on the kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, intestines. The discussion delves into molecular mechanisms underlying these toxicities, highlighting dysregulation signaling including Nrf2, NF-κB, MAPK/ERK, AKT. In addressing challenges, recent studies have identified herbal drugs phytochemicals capable mitigating CPM-induced toxicity. Notable compounds such as cinnamaldehyde, baicalin, quercetin, curcumin demonstrated protective effects. Integrating formulations therapy proposed to enhance patient safety treatment efficacy. underscores influence apoptosis inflammation which lead alterations biomarkers. Phytochemicals may exert by restoring disrupted pathways normalizing altered compilation presented this serves valuable resource for researchers exploring products potential A gap current literature lack trials evaluating that mitigate toxicity vivo. Rigorous are necessary establish cancer treatment. Such research will clarify role natural remedies complementing conventional therapies, ultimately improving outcomes.

Background: Liver diseases are among the most commonly diagnosed conditions, with main risk factors being inappropriate lifestyles, including poor diet, excessive alcohol consumption, low physical activity and smoking, electronic cigarettes. Non-communicable chronic liver also often develop as a result of accompanying overweight obesity, well type 2 diabetes. Methods: The literature on for non-communicable diseases, which show high strong influence their occurrence, was analysed. Results: Measures to prevent disease include selection suitable food ingredients that have proven protective effects liver. Such dietary fibre, probiotics, herbs, various types polyphenols fatty acids (omega-3). Conclusions: Because liver-protective effects, nutritionists recommend consuming vegetables, fruits, herbs spices provide valuable anti-inflammatory anti-cancer effects. These components should be provided and, in case supplementation appears important. As preventive measure, diet rich these nutrients is therefore recommended, one prevents other can disease.
