Cyclophosphamide
is
a

This
review
examines
CPM's
metabolic
pathways,
therapeutic
applications,
its
resulting
organ-specific
toxicities.
Despite
clinical
benefits
in
treating
nephrotic
syndrome,
encephalomyelitis,
breast
cancer,
ovarian
other
diseases,
CPM
associated
with
significant
adverse
effects
on
the
kidneys,
liver,
heart,
lungs,
intestines.
The
discussion
delves
into
molecular
mechanisms
underlying
these
toxicities,
highlighting
dysregulation
signaling
including
Nrf2,
NF-κB,
MAPK/ERK,
AKT.
In

Background:
Liver
diseases
are
among
the
most
commonly
diagnosed
conditions,
with
main
risk
factors
being
inappropriate
lifestyles,
including
poor
diet,
excessive
alcohol
consumption,
low
physical
activity
and
smoking,
electronic
cigarettes.
Non-communicable
chronic
liver
also
often
develop
as
a
result
of
accompanying
overweight
obesity,
well
type
2
diabetes.
Methods:
The
literature
on
for
non-communicable
diseases,
which
show
high
strong
influence
their
occurrence,
was
analysed.
Results:
Measures
to
prevent
disease
include
selection
suitable
food
ingredients
that
have
proven
protective
effects
liver.
Such
dietary
fibre,
probiotics,
herbs,
various
types
polyphenols
fatty
acids
(omega-3).
Conclusions:
Because
liver-protective
effects,
nutritionists
recommend
consuming
vegetables,
fruits,
herbs
spices
provide
valuable
anti-inflammatory
anti-cancer
effects.
These
components
should
be
provided

important.

findings
revealed
that
the
offspring
combined
chromium
irradiation
(Cr⁶⁺

γ)
exhibited
a
33%
increase
micronuclei
(6.3
±1.16‰,

controls
(4.56

indicating
significant
genotoxicity.
