This study examines the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and physical activity levels in e-sports players. Focusing on sedentary lifestyle health risks associated with prolonged sitting low activity, highlights critical challenges within community. This cross-sectional study aimed to explore the association between esports participation and physical health examine difference in problems participants non-esports participants.
