Abstract
For
esport
athletes
to
effectively
use
imagery
and
experience
its
many
benefits,
they
must
develop
a
collection
of
skills
referred
as
ability.
Layered
stimulus
response
training
(LSRT)
is
an
evidence-based
technique
informed
by
bioinformational
theory
improve
how
easily
someone
can
form
rich
vivid
images
that
more
closely
approximate
the
real-life
situation.
In
turn,
having
better
ability
generate
control
clear
associated
with
performance
optimal
mental
emotional
states.
The
aim
this
paper
explain
sport
psychologists
guide
through
cycles
LSRT,
which
involves
imaging,
evaluating,
reflecting,
then
developing
in
progressive

Recently,
electronic
sports
(eSports)
became
one
of
the
growing
forms

media
due
to
wide

games
and
online

has
captivated
global
attention,
blurring
the
lines
between
virtual
entertainment

athletics.
As
participation

eSports
continues

rise,

are
