Abstract
This
study
explores
the
dynamics
of
sleep,
somatic/psychological
experience,
and
exercise
performance
before,
during,
after
Tour
de
France
(TDF).
Objective
subjective
self‐reported
perceived
objective
data
were
collected
daily
from
eight
elite
male
cyclists
across
a
6‐week
period
including
3‐week
TDF
11‐day
pre‐
post‐race
periods.
Associations

Abstract
Sleep
deprivation
(DS)
is
the
forced
elimination
of
sleep.
While
brain-derived
neurotrophic
factor
(BDNF)
has
been
extensively
studied
in
context
mood
changes
following
DS,

DS
on
BDNF,

Abstract
Establishing
a
relationship
between
repetitions
