(Δ9-THC).
We
demonstrate
Δ9-THC
increases
proliferation
naive
mouse
stem
cells
(ESCs)
but
not
their
primed
counterpart.
Surprisingly,
this
increased
proliferation,
dependent
CB1
receptor
binding,
only
associated
with
moderate
transcriptomic
changes.
Instead,
capitalizes
ESCs’
metabolic
bivalence
increasing
glycolytic
rates
and
anabolic
capabilities.
A
memory
rewiring
retained
throughout

direct
