Abstract Background Many patients with eating disorders report exercise as a central symptom of their illness—as way to compensate for food intake, prevent weight-gain, and/or reduce negative affect. Previous findings show associations between maladaptive and more severe disorder pathology, higher risk relapse, other co-morbid symptoms, worse treatment outcome. Methods In this study, we included 8252 participants investigated (both lifetime current) ED illness duration, depression, anxiety, self-harm suicidal ideation, seeking patterns in individuals exercise. Los estudiantes universitarios son susceptibles a presentar bajos niveles de bienestar psicológico (BP), lo que se asocia con altos ansiedad y depresión, hábitos poco saludables baja aceptación la imagen corporal (AIC), fundamentalmente en mujeres, puede derivar conductas alimentarias riesgo (CAR). Objetivo: (1) Describir los BP, AIC propensión CAR; (2) determinar perfiles integren posesión diferenciada BP AIC, CAR variables sociodemográficas; (3) identificar predictores bajo nivel universitarias. Método: Estudio descriptivo, transversal ex post facto 781 mujeres universitarias respondieron un cuestionario sociodemográfico, el Multidimensional Body Self Relations Questionnaire, Escala para Adultos Cuestionario Breve CAR. Resultados: El 47% las participantes presentan bajo, 41.4% medio 10.8% alto; 34.8% presentó 50.3% media 14.9% alta; 41.7% Se detectaron cuatro estudiantes: consumen alcohol, tabaco tienen vida sexualmente activa; áreas administrativas ciencias sociales una alta, promedio alto, escuelas privadas, alto sin salud, ingenierías otras, baja, públicas, necesidad atención psicológica; (4) consumo alcohol tabaco, sexual activa, medio. fueron CAR, reportar requerir psicológica.

This study was conducted on 5 March 2024, by the Universidad Europea de Madrid. aims to explore how body image perceptions influence health behaviors and mental physical outcomes among a specific group of 605 young adults aged 20 35 engaged in strength training regimes. To measure these perceptions, Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire (MBSRQ) employed, an advanced tool that assesses multiple dimensions through its subscales, including feelings attractiveness, investment one's appearance, satisfaction with different areas. Participants were segmented into two groups based median split their self-reported image. The survey assessed diverse array variables, demographic details, physiological data, resistance routines, psychological attributes. In this revision, we consistently use term 'dietary habits' ensure clear uniform language when discussing eating patterns. This study investigates the relationship between body image, eating disorders, psychological characteristics, and mood anxiety symptoms in Chilean youth, with nutritional status, particularly overweight obesity. With a sample of 1001 participants from five regions Chile, aged 15 to 23 years. The Eating Disorder Inventory 3 (EDI-3), Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire Appearance Scales (MBSRQ_AS), Symptom Derogatis Revised (SCL90-R) sociodemographic questionnaire were used analyze these variables. Abstract Background: College students are at a high risk of depression, and forbearance might be critical resource to help college alleviate depression.
