Results: 548 included. 325 received Terlipressin 223 Placebo. A reversal SHR evidenced 35,8 % receiving vs. 12,1 placebo. Overall survival without liver transplantation 36,7 group 21,1 Adverse events higher group. Conclusion: effective improving function type 1 (HRS-1). However, its associated serious adverse events, such as respiratory failure. The combined treatment terlipressin albumin shows greater improvement compared alone. Further studies are needed determine whether translates into benefit patients. Liver remains most definitive treatment, should be considered early course disease

The COVID-19 pandemic affected cancer patients regardless of the stage their diagnosis or treatment.To understand experiences who were referred for a clinical trial at that time.Cancer attended initial research outpatient appointment to discuss possibility taking part in asked complete Generalised Anxiety Disorder Assessment questionnaire, and take semi-structured interviews.Data indicated that, on average, had moderate levels anxiety. Three major themes emerged from patients' interviews, which gave an insight into what they experienced during this challenging period.This study gives height pandemic. <p><strong>INTRODUCTION.</strong> Subacute thyroiditis (SAT), also known as de Quatrain’s or granulomatous thyroiditis, is an inflammatory disease of the thyroid. Most time, it manifests in thirties to fifties and more common women. SAT can have either viral post-viral origin. Some viruses, like influenza, COVID-19, Epstein–Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, hepatitis, coxsackievirus 16, mumps been linked development. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected people’s lives all around world changed our attitude toward treatment many diseases.
