Introduction:
hepatorenal
syndrome
(HRS)
is
a
form
of
acute
renal
failure
that
occurs
in
patients
with
advanced
cirrhosis
and
presents
high
mortality.Objective:
to
describe
the
therapeutic
alternatives
syndrome.
Methods:
search
for
information
was
carried
out
using
PubMed,
TripDatabase
Cochrane
databases;
MeSH
terms
were
used.
Initially,
1749
articles
obtained;
subsequently,
5
used
this
systematic
review
selected
through
use
filters,
titles,
elimination
duplicates.
Results:
548
included.
325
received
Terlipressin
223
Placebo.
A
reversal
SHR
evidenced
35,8
%
receiving
vs.
12,1
placebo.
Overall
survival
without
liver
transplantation
36,7
group
21,1
Adverse
events
higher
group.
Conclusion:
effective
improving
function
type
1
(HRS-1).
However,
its
associated
serious
adverse
events,
such
as
respiratory
failure.
The
combined
treatment
terlipressin
albumin
shows
greater
improvement
compared
alone.
Further
studies
are
needed
determine
whether
translates
into
benefit
patients.

COVID-19
pandemic
affected
cancer
patients
regardless
of
the
stage
their
diagnosis
or
treatment.To
understand
experiences
who
were
referred
for
a
clinical
trial

time.Cancer
attended
initial
research
outpatient
appointment
to
discuss
possibility
taking
part
in
asked

Generalised
Anxiety
Disorder
Assessment
questionnaire,

semi-structured
interviews.Data
indicated

on

had
moderate
levels
anxiety.
Three
major
themes

patients'
interviews,

<p><strong>INTRODUCTION.</strong>
Subacute
thyroiditis
(SAT),
also
known
as
de
Quatrain’s
or
granulomatous
thyroiditis,
is
an
inflammatory
disease
of
the
thyroid.
Most
time,
it
manifests
in
thirties
to
fifties
and
more
common
women.
SAT
can
have
either
viral
post-viral
origin.
Some
viruses,
like
influenza,
COVID-19,
Epstein–Barr
virus,
cytomegalovirus,
hepatitis,
coxsackievirus
16,
mumps
been
linked
development.
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
affected
people’s
lives
all
around
world
changed
our
attitude
toward
treatment
many
diseases.
It
made
us
look
deeper
into
subject
a
way
that
we
would
be
able
treat
this
sort
with
newer
insight.<br
/><strong>OBJECTIVE.</strong>
Regarding
importance
issue,
decided
summarize
extensive
searches
from
online
databases,
including
PubMed,
Google
Scholar,
Medline,
Web
Science,
Scopus
until
February
2023,
which
found
effective
elucidating
association
subacute
diseases.<br
/><strong>METHOD.</strong>
Different
databases
were
searched
for
narrative
review
articles,
systemic
original
published
2023.<br
/><strong>RESULT.</strong>
According
included
studies,
there
correlation
between
several
viruses
such
Epstein-Barr
influenza
human
immunodeficiency
oral
cervical

SARS-COV-2.

Isolated
cases
of
subacute
thyroiditis
exist
in
the
early
period
COVID-19
vaccination,

mRNA
vaccines.
Here
we
report
late
onset
thyroid
disturbances
and
persistent
health
issues

vaccination.
