Abstract
Background
The
development
of
an
effective
vaccine
is
a
powerful
tool
to
contain
the
global
spread
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19).
Still,
it
raises
potential
safety
concerns
about
subsequent
enhancement
associated
immunopathology.
Increasing
evidence
shows
that
endocrine
system,
including
hypophysis,
may
be
involved
in
COVID-19.
Moreover,
occasional
but
increasing
reports
disorders
involving
thyroid
have
been
reported
after
severe
acute
respiratory
syndrome
2
(SARS-CoV-2)
vaccine.
Among
them,
few
cases
encompass
pituitary.
Here
we
report
rare
case
central
diabetes
insipidus
following
SARS-CoV-2
vaccination.
Case
presentation
We
59-year-old
female
patient
with
25-year
history
Crohn's
long-term
remission,
who
presented
sudden
onset
polyuria

Abstract
Context
Several
case
reports
of
Graves’
disease
(GD)
occurrence
after
COVID-19
vaccination
that
are
possibly
related
to
the
autoimmune
syndrome
induced
by
adjuvants
(ASIA)
were
published
recently.
Objective
The
aim
our
study
was
evaluate
possible
distinctive
features
in
presentation
and
clinical
course
patients
with
GD
occurring
early
(within
4
weeks)
who
attended
Endocrine
Unit
2021.
Methods
Patients

endocrine
