This study explores the implementation of Differentiated Instruction (DI) in Philippine multigrade classrooms and develops a tool to assess teacher proficiency DI. Employing an exploratory sequential mixed-method design, qualitative phase included focus group discussions with eight teachers, capturing their experiences challenges These insights informed creation Multigrade Performance Appraisal Tool, which assesses DI across instructional planning, delivery, classroom management. The underwent expert validation reliability testing, Cronbach’s Alpha 0.91, indicating high internal consistency. quantitative surveyed 163 revealing that was generally effective, particularly aligning lessons curriculum standards (M = 4.09, SD 0.73) fostering supportive learning environment. However, teachers faced utilizing technology, contextualized materials, diverse assessment methods. Findings support Assessment Checklist as valuable for administrators enhance practices through reflective teaching. Recommendations include expanding training programs, improving access resources, integrating DI-focused technology training. Further research should explore regional variations inform more localized educational policies. provides practical effectively managing complexities education, ensuring equitable inclusive learners.

Contextual elements are essential in determining the development and acceptance of m-government services (MGS), influencing both supply side (government readiness capabilities) demand (citizen preparedness expectations for adoption). However, there exists a deficiency studies that investigate role contextual such as government policy, infrastructure support, technology education/literacy affect key components Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) regarding adoption MGS. To remedy this deficiency, present study incorporates moderating variables within TAM framework. Utilizing structural equation modeling, data collected through self-administered online questionnaire was analyzed using Smart PLS 4. The findings reveal perceived usefulness (PU) ease use (PEOU), have positive impact on citizens’ intention to adopt Furthermore, PEOU significantly affects PU A significant contribution research is demonstration factors, including education/literacy, positively moderate relationship between implications these discussed, particularly emphasizing importance policymakers officials recognize vital factors design, implementation, promotion effective MGS align with needs citizens facilitate their adoption.

The study took a Rasch measurement theory approach to validating the 10-item Digital Literacy Scale (DLS) using unidimensional rating scale model (RSM). To that end, used data from sample of online Turkish university students. began analysis with all 10 items in and, improve local independence assumption, identified and eliminated two which did not adequately fit RSM. Under eight-item DLS, assumptions undimensionality were both satisfied individual RSM was adequate. Next, psychometric properties DLS examined including effectiveness, relative endorsability items, differential item functioning (DIF) by each three demographic variables: (a) gender, (b) connection device, (c) grade level. Through analysis, evidence reliability validity generally supports use instrument among population students obtained. also demonstrated either misfit or DIF variables, recommends they be further reviewed revised for future use.
