Abstract
Along
with
the
adoption
of
hybrid
teaching
and
learning
modes,
integration
ICT
into
language
instruction
in
higher
education
during
COVID-19
pandemic
has
afforded
teachers
students
increased
opportunities
to
engage
technology.
This
quantitative
study
uses
a
self-report
questionnaire
examine
learners’
attitudes
behavior
tied
role
before
after
pandemic.
Firstly,
confirms
questionnaire’s
validity
for
assessing
Hungarian
educational
context.
Additionally,
measurement
invariance
differential
item
functioning
assessment
tool
pre-
post-COVID-19
show
that
frequency
use
remain
consistent
at
both
construct
levels.
Overall,
results
demonstrate

This
study
measured
secondary
students’
digital
literacy
using

game-based
assessment

Decision-making

(Fuzzy-DEMATEL)
with
Backpropagation
Neural
Network
(BP)
optimize
complexity
assessment
systems
identify
key
thereby
establishing
precise
rational
index
system.
DEMATEL
allows
us
simplify
analyze
mapping
them
into
relationship
diagram.
