Background/Aim: Rosmarinus officinalis L. (R. officinalis) is an aromatic medicinal species with important nutraceutical potential, having rosmarinic acid (RA) as one of its main metabolites. The present study aims to evaluate the effects extract obtained from leaves this and metabolite in improving streptozotocin-induced damage hearts aorta diabetic rats. The goal of the study was to ascertain whether particular pathogenic bacteria could be inhibited by triterpeniod substances obtained from Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) extracts. time frame for completing this construction July 2023–April 2024. At beginning, 100 specimens were taken patients who undergoing treatment at Burn Cure Center in Nineveh Governorate, Iraq Routine biochemical testing used determine burn infections caused bacteria, and Vitek2 compact system confirm diagnosis. Acinetobacter baumani Pseudomonas auroginosa most common isolates. In order extract substance, rosemary (R. officinalis) leaves air-dried shade then processed into a fine powder using grinding machine. A soxhlet device 50 g powdered six hours 40–60 °C 250 ml 75% petroleum ether. Afterwards, mixture dried out 40°C rotating evaporator. After being weighed, residue stored until needed. Using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS), crude examined. Ursolic acid (1.38), oleanolic (3.27), other with varying ratios identified GC-MS analysis. antibacterial activity compounds assessed concentrations 12.5%, 25%, 50%, 100% well-diffusion Kirby-Bauer method. test evaluated comparison bacterial strains. results indicated that staphylococcus aureus (50%:22mm – 100%: 26mm), haemolyticus (100%: 17mm), (50%:18mm 22mm) had highest inhibitory.
