The increasing complexity and widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI) underscore the importance its ethical dimensions. Understanding diverse perspectives on AI ethics is crucial, especially among university students who will shape future technological advancements. This study aims to deeply examine students’ attitudes toward ethics, focusing fairness, transparency, privacy, responsibility, non-maleficence. A mixed-methods approach was used. In quantitative phase, 355 from engineering (E) education science (ES) programs were evaluated using Ethics Attitudes Scale. qualitative semi-structured interviews with 23 thematically analyzed gain detailed based gender discipline. findings revealed significant gender-based differences in fairness female scoring higher than male students. Interdisciplinary evident transparency dimension, where ES showed greater sensitivity. Interviews highlighted that student emphasized legal compliance data security more, whereas focused financial information privacy. prioritized user-friendly language feedback complaints discussions.

The article examines the prospects for application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in modern education, identifies main directions their implementation, key advantages and challenges. It is noted that implementation AI an important component digital transformation which involves personalization educational process, automation routine tasks teachers, expanding access to high-quality services. Particular attention paid problems inequality, insufficient training as well lack a clear regulatory framework regulating use environment. paper analyzes experience integrating into process Ukraine abroad, particular successful examples adaptive learning systems, automated assessment, intelligent assistants proctoring systems. established personalized contributes taking account individual needs students, but requires ethical approach protection personal data. Automation assessment allows transparency efficiency feedback, has limitations creative tasks. risks associated with AI, area data confidentiality, importance developing teacher programs effective technology. creation national strategy includes development infrastructure, ensuring literacy formation standards technology, recommended. emphasizes can significantly improve quality create more inclusive environment, promote academic integrity. At same time, success depends on integrated takes technical, organizational aspects. Innovative technologies, have potential become tool transforming contributing increasing its efficiency, adaptability flexibility. such will make education accessible, aimed at meeting both society each student.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات توظيف بعض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي في التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة بجامعة أم القرى، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة (371) عضو تدريس جامعة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج أن القرى جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً متوسطات تقديرات أفراد حول تعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي والكلية، كما أظهرت النتائج هناك سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح الذين خبرتهم (10 أقل 15 سنة) المتطلبات البشرية والمتطلبات الإدارية، (أقل 5 سنوات) المادية القانونية.
