The increasing complexity and widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI) underscore the importance its ethical dimensions. Understanding diverse perspectives on AI ethics is crucial, especially among university students who will shape future technological advancements. This study aims to deeply examine students’ attitudes toward ethics, focusing fairness, transparency, privacy, responsibility, non-maleficence. A mixed-methods approach was used. In quantitative phase, 355 from engineering (E) education science (ES) programs were evaluated using Ethics Attitudes Scale. qualitative semi-structured interviews with 23 thematically analyzed gain detailed based gender discipline. findings revealed significant gender-based differences in fairness female scoring higher than male students. Interdisciplinary evident transparency dimension, where ES showed greater sensitivity. Interviews highlighted that student emphasized legal compliance data security more, whereas focused financial information privacy. prioritized user-friendly language feedback complaints discussions.

As we stand at the cusp of a revolution in classrooms, utilization Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) education has catapulted scholarly discourses into spotlight. However, few research studies have delved potential benefits and challenges GenAI education. This study sought to determine perceptions, benefits, students Saint Mary's University Senior High School (SMUSHS) regarding use generative AI. The employed descriptive-comparative design, using both quantitative qualitative methods. A Likert scale was used section, while an open-ended question for part. With purposive sampling, 274 were selected as respondents study. After data analysis, findings revealed that senior high school positively perceive AI tool enhances learning outcomes. Additionally, tend focus more on drawbacks than when it comes GenAI, evidenced by significantly higher average level perceived experience their It also found frequency usage significant difference students' perceptions Furthermore, academic standing played major role shaping challenges. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات توظيف بعض تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي في التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة بجامعة أم القرى، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة (371) عضو تدريس جامعة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج أن القرى جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً متوسطات تقديرات أفراد حول تعزى لمتغيري النوع الاجتماعي والكلية، كما أظهرت النتائج هناك سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح الذين خبرتهم (10 أقل 15 سنة) المتطلبات البشرية والمتطلبات الإدارية، (أقل 5 سنوات) المادية القانونية.
