A self-assessment tool was developed to encourage releasing service members reflect on their preparedness for military civilian transition and need assistance. Everyone who serves in the military (and survives experience) will eventually become a Veteran, and most face challenge of finding civilian job. This paper investigates how contemporary Veterans experience transition period between exit entrance into life their own actions before separation shape post-transition outcomes. Former UK military personnel who were previously deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in combat roles have exhibited elevated levels of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) compared other groups. The present qualitative analyses used semi-structured interviews a framework analysis compare the experiences symptomatic (N=10) asymptomatic (N=7) former Army Royal Marine exposed combat. Reintegration and adjustment to civilian life after military service is crucial for veterans' mental physical health. However, there a lack of evidence-based interventions in Australia that specifically address the psychological cultural factors associated with improved health this group. The aim study was evaluate feasibility, acceptability, initial outcomes novel group intervention program, developed gap supports services Australian veterans. A non-controlled, within-subjects longitudinal design employed feasibility framework including assessment demand, implementation, integration, experience, perceived effectiveness, burden or discomfort. program included eight weekly 2.5-hour sessions using cognitive-behavioural acceptance commitment therapy techniques. Participants 24 transitioned veterans who completed Military-Civilian Adjustment Measure, Quality Life Enjoyment Satisfaction Questionnaire–Short Form, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21, PTSD Checklist DSM-5 at pre-intervention, post-intervention, three-month follow-up.
