The biomolecular condensates (BCs) formed by proteins through phase separation provide the necessary space and raw materials for orderly progression of cellular activities, on this basis, various membraneless organelles (MLOs) are formed. occurrence eukaryotic is driven multivalent interactions from intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) and/or specific protein/nucleic acid binding domains regulated environmental factors. In plant animal cells, MLOs involved in gene expression regulation, stress response, mitotic control display similar functions mechanisms. contrast, related to reproductive development immune regulation differs significantly between two kingdoms owing their distinct cell structures nutritional patterns. addition, animals plants each exhibit unique protein such as neural light signal response. Alternative splicing is a crucial process in multicellular eukaryote, facilitated by the assembly of spliceosomal complexes comprising numerous small ribonucleoproteins. At an early stage, U1C thought to be required for 5′ splice site recognition and base pairing. However, systematic analysis gene family response developmental cues stress conditions has not yet been conducted plants.
