An organic state trace element solution for rheumatoid arthritis treatment by modulating macrophage phenotypic from M1 to M2

Trace elements (TEs) are essential for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). This study aimed to prepare a TEs solution enriched with various organic states evaluate its preventive, therapeutic effects, and mechanism action in RA provide method treatment. The natural ore were extracted added 0.5% (W/V) L-alanyl-L-glutamine (LG) obtain (LG-WLYS), which was examined concentration quality. antioxidant properties effects LG-WLYS on cell behavior evaluated at cellular level. preventive rats explored. clear, free from visible foreign matter, had pH 5.33 an osmolality 305.67 mOsmol/kg. inhibited migration angiogenesis. induced macrophages change M1-type M2-type, increased content enzymes (glutathione, superoxide dismutase, IL-10), decreased levels nitric oxide, malondialdehyde, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, COX-2, iNOs, scavenging reactive oxygen species lesion site, inhibiting apoptosis chondrocytes, regulating inflammatory microenvironment, decreasing inflammation response exert effect RA. In conclusion, has outstanding against enormous potential further development.
