Background
and
objectives:
Obesity
is
a
growing
global
health
problem
becoming
significant
challenge
in
the
clinical
public
fields.
One
of
main
concerns
impact
on
an
individual's
quality
life.
This
review
aims
to
evaluate
effectiveness
various
interventions,
including
physical
activity
diet,
management
obesity.
Methodology:
The
selected
studies
involved
population
adults
who
were
obese
(aged
18
years
over)
had
made
lifestyle
modifications
through
pattern
changes,
eating,
activity,
or
both.
A
total
324
articles
screened,
which
25
duplicates.
After
screening
process
for
suitability,
261
excluded.
further
27
excluded
due
inappropriate
study
design
incomplete
data.
11
full-text
then
reviewed
included
our
analysis.
results
showed
that
participants
followed
milk-based
diet
recorded
decrease
body
weight
-1.16
kg
(confidence
interval
-1.66,
-0.66
kg;
p
<
0.001)
as
well
fat
mass
-1.49
-2.06,
-0.92
0.001).
Participants
adopted
alternate
day
fasting
(ADF)
eating
achieved
average
loss
-0.9%

Meanwhile,

calorie
intake
(Caloric

Combining
approximately
175
minutes

In
conclusion,
this
systematic
confirms
most
effective
approach
obesity
combination
strength
cardiovascular
training
at
least
low-calorie
tailored
metabolic
needs
condition.

medicine
system

been
used
in
ancient
systems.

there
have
no
reports
on
its
safety.
This
study
aims
to
examine
the
effect
of
polyherbal
hematology
and
blood
biochemistry

rats.
The
Completely
Randomized
Design
with
six
treatments,
namely
supplementation

were
given

four
weeks.

safety
using
Poliherbal
as
candidate
herbal
long-term
consumption.
