Paper-based lateral flow immunoassays (LFIAs) are cost-effective, portable, and simple methods for detection of diverse analytes, which however only provide qualitative or semiquantitative results lack sufficient sensitivity. A combination LFIA electrochemical detection, namely, immunoassay (eLFIA), enables quantitative analytes with high sensitivity, but the integration external electrodes makes system relatively expensive unstable.
