Students in higher education often encounter significant academic pressure, which can have profound implications for their mental health and performance. The current study employs a two-wave longitudinal design to investigate the dynamic interrelationships among stress, motivation, emotional intelligence, mindfulness. employed cross-lagged panel model temporal interactions these four constructs influence on experiences of doctoral students. sample consisted 643 individuals at Time 1 (September/October 2022), followed by subsequent assessment involving 413 participants (July/August 2023). Notably, there was an overlap 373 who were evaluated both time points. results indicated presence substantial reciprocal relationships under investigation. outcomes that elevated intelligence mindfulness levels are associated with reduced stress enhanced motivation. this analysis underscore necessity facilitating interventions aimed enhancing These components instrumental promoting resilience supporting success insights hold importance within literature as they elucidate various stressors students encounter. Furthermore, research provides practical educators policymakers formulating targeted strategies enhance student well-being improve educational outcomes.
