This study aims to confirm the anti-inflammatory activities of acemannan and aloesin, which have been studied for various efficacies at mixed sample ratios. The samples were a ratio 1:1 (AA-1), 1:2 (AA-2), 1:3 (AA-3), 2:1 (AA-4), 3:1 (AA-5). Seven evaluated their cytotoxic ability on macrophages, results showed that all cell viability was over 90% concentration 100 μg/mL. Background: Invention of biofertilizers (BFs) is considered to be one the most important achievements modern agriculture. Although these microbial bioproducts have not found widespread usage in soilless production, there an increasing trend research studies on BFs hydroponics. Objective: In consideration high potential hydroponics, this study examines impact BF growth efficiency medicinal plant Callisia fragrans (Lindl.) Woodson (C. fragrans) under open-air hydroponic conditions Ararat Valley for first time. Methods: The plants were grown a mixture gravel and volcanic red slag. During vegetation period, chemical fertilizer (CF), BF, as well their different combinations supplied plants.
