The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
reshaped
our
daily
lives
and
the
way
we
interact
with
urban
green–blue
spaces
(UGBS),
particularly
in
economically
challenged
regions
of
Northwest
China.
Our
study,
utilizing
surveys
social
media,
delves
into
pandemic’s
impact
on
UGBS
engagement
this
area,
offering
critical
insights
for
planning
amidst
a
global
health
crisis.
We
found
gender-balanced
but
preference-specific
UGBS,
women
married
couples
Chengguan
District
Lanzhou
city
showing
affinity.
Moreover,
educational
levels
proximity
to
academic
institutions
emerged
as
key
factors
influencing
use,
pointing
importance
attainment
diversity.
Enhancing
safety,
creating
child-friendly
leisure
facilities

designing
vibrant
socializing

districts

environmental
