Biological synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is gaining attention researchers because their varieties biomedical applications. This study reported the novel, eco-friendly AuNPs using dried fruit extract Capsicum annum (C. annum). Biosynthesized (Ca-AuNPs) showed UV absorption peak at 540 nm and were found to be stable for up three months. The further characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR), Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDAX) diffraction (XRD) analysis. spherical in shape with size range 20–30 zeta potential confirmed surface charge -26.5 mV. Ca-AuNPs tested anti-angiogenic activity Chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay that implied a significant efficiency 100 µg/mL concentration. antioxidant studied 2,2- diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) was 86.0% radical scavenging activity. Magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) are attractive nanomaterials for applications in magnetic resonance imaging, targeted drug delivery, and anticancer therapy due to their unique properties such as nontoxicity, wide chemical affinity, intrinsic superparamagnetism. Their functionalization with polymers chitosan or poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) can not only improve biocompatibility biodegradability but it also plays an important role interactions biological cells. In this work, the effect of MNPs chitosan, PVA, blend on model cell membranes formed from 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) using a Langmuir technique was studied. The studies performed showed that type biocompatible polymer MNP shell crucial effectiveness its adsorption process into membrane. Modification facilitates significantly more effective than coating them PVA blend. presence all investigated DPPC monolayer at low concentrations does affect thermodynamic state, fluidity, morphology, which is promising terms biocompatibility.
