Myocardial fibrosis is a significant pathological basis of heart failure. Overactivation the ERK1/2 and JNK1/2 signaling pathways MAPK family members synergistically promotes proliferation myocardial fibroblasts accelerates development fibrosis. In addition to some small molecule inhibitors Western drugs, many Chinese medicines can also inhibit activity JNK1/2, thus slowing down fibrosis, are generally safe effective. However, specific biological mechanisms in still need be fully understood, there no systematic review existing drugs methods them from improving This study aims summarize roles cross-linking systematically sort out small-molecule inhibitors, traditional medicines, non-pharmacological therapies that alleviate future, we hope conduct more in-depth research perspective precision-targeted therapy, using this as for developing new provide perspectives on prevention treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the practical experience and summary of nation for thousands years. It shows great potential in treating various chronic diseases, complex diseases major infectious has gradually attracted attention people all over world. However, due to complexity prescription action mechanism TCM, development TCM industry still a relatively conservative stage. With rise artificial intelligence technology fields, many scholars began apply traditional made remarkable progress. This paper comprehensively summarizes important role from aspects, including new drug discovery, data mining, quality standardization medicine. The limitations these applications are also emphasized, lack pharmacological research, database problems challenges brought by human-computer interaction. Nevertheless, opportunities innovations modernization Integrating into comprehensive application expected overcome faced further promote whole industry.

Cardiotoxicity refers to the damage caused heart or vascular system, which has become a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Up 20 % adults undergoing cancer treatment may experience cardiotoxicity, with 7 %-10 developing cardiomyopathy failure. Cardiotoxic medications put patients at risk for variety conditions, including cardiac failure (HF), left ventricle (LV) systolic malfunction, arrhythmia, hypertension, coronary artery disease (CAD), ischemia/myocardial infarction. These diseases significantly impact patient's quality life outcomes. Many conventional chemotherapy agents have serious adverse effects. Anthracyclines, alkylating agents, taxanes, topoisomerase inhibitors, antimetabolites are chemotherapeutic that induce cardiotoxicity. Recently, there been an increasing focus on using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treat chemotherapy-induced TCM encompasses range practices, such as herbology, acupuncture, dietary therapy, physical exercises like t'ai chi. practices aim enhance flow qi, can alleviate symptoms illness. Although effectiveness not extensively researched supported, scientists begun utilizing scientific methods gain deeper understanding mechanisms underlying TCM. Ongoing research is being conducted determine safety treatments in reducing toxicity. The present study aims evaluate protection efficacy various

This study aims to investigate the clinical effects and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Through a systematic review analysis relevant literature, evaluates TCM on nerve function recovery, regulation oxidative stress responses, its combination with Western medicine. Findings reveal that medicinal formulations, such as Danshen decoction Naoxintong, significantly improve NIHSS scores, reduce ischemic lesion areas, lower marker levels patients. These formulations exhibit unique advantages modulating inflammatory their integration enhances therapeutic efficacy while reducing adverse reactions. The effectiveness prescriptions offers novel approach for managing injury promotes advancement integrated Chinese-Western treatment strategies. Further research is required elucidate precise facilitate broader application.
