This work is focused on the photocatalytic activities of undoped ZnO, Co (1%) doped ZnO (CZO) and In (IZO) thin films grown flexible PEI (Polyetherimide) substrate by spray pyrolysis. The photodegradation crystal violet dye was investigated under UV sunlight irradiations. Doping excitation energy effects efficiencies are discussed. All show high efficiency up to 80% either or irradiations for 210 min. However, CZO has higher performance irradiation. While, IZO enhanced irradiation due narrowing its optical gap. These results discussed based structural, morphological investigations. stability studied as well. So, after three photocatalysis cycles, all still effective. obtained promising use ZnO/PEI talented photocatalysts applications in large surfaces with various geometries hazardous pollutants.
