The Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) is an economically important crustacean. With the development of E. sisnensis industry, precocity has become a significant challenge in juvenile culturing. In this study, eyestalks female sinensis from precocious (PE) and normal (NE) groups were used for proteome metabolome analyses. total, 731 up-regulated 657 down-regulated differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) identified PE NE groups. addition, 110 metabolites (DMs) 256 group. An integrated analysis showed 5667 correlations between 109 common pathways metabolome. mostly associated with mechanistic target rapamycin (mTOR) pathway, longevity regulation, autophagy, pyrimidine purine metabolism pathways. primarily enriched amino acid lipid metabolisms. These results demonstrated differences at two omics levels will be useful industry.

Sperm capacitation is broadly defined as a suite of biochemical and biophysical changes resulting from the acquisition fertilization ability. To gain insights into regulation mechanism crustacean sperm capacitation, 4D label-free quantitative proteomics was first applied to analyze in Eriocheir sinensis under three sequential physiological conditions: seminal vesicles (X2), hatched with receptacle content (X3), incubated egg water (X5). In total, 1536 proteins were identified, among which 880 quantified, 82 224 significantly altered after incubation contents water. Most differentially expressed attributed biological processes by Gene Ontology annotation analysis. As fundamental bioenergetic metabolism sperm, oxidative phosphorylation, glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway presented significant treatment contents, indicating intensive for receptacle. Additionally, also increased oxidation level whereas enhancement abundance superoxide dismutase, peroxiredoxin 1, glutathione S-transferase improved resistance against oxidation. These results provided new perspective reproduction studies crustaceans.
