As result of COVID-19 pandemic, shifted from in-person sessions. single-blind, parallel-group, randomized controlled trial conducted. Participants aged over 65 years were recruited offline randomly assigned either an or group. certified practitioner delivered program. Outcomes self-assessed at baseline (T0), 4 weeks (T1), 12 (T2) after mixed methods approach used feedback. RESULTS participatory enhancing skills—coping, manageability resilience—was well developed. Among 96 participants, 63 into group (n=31) (n=32). mean age 69.27 (SD 3.08) 74.84 6.23) Significant between-group differences found (t45.6=–4.53, P<.001) (t61=2.92, P=.005). No statistically significant time observed (SE 7.49, 95% CI –10.74 18.61, P=.60), 15.18, –24.74 34.74, P=.74), 3.74, –2.68 11.98, P=.21) controlling differences. dropout rate lower (2/31, 6%) compared with (5/32, 16%). Abstract Societies are exposed to major challenges at an increasing pace. This underscores the need for preventive measures such as resilience promotion that should be available in time and without access barriers. Our systematic review summarizes evidence on digital interventions, which have potential meet these demands. We searched five databases randomized-controlled trials non-clinical adult populations. Primary outcomes were mental distress, positive health, factors. Multilevel meta-analyses performed compare intervention control groups post-intervention follow-up assessments. identified 101 studies comprising 20,010 participants. Meta-analyses showed small favorable effects SMD = –0.24, 95% CI [–0.31, –0.18], 0.27, [0.13, 0.40], factors, 0.31, [0.21, 0.41]. Among middle-aged samples, older age was associated with more beneficial follow-up, smaller active groups. Effects comparable those of face-to-face interventions underline prepare future challenges.

The Feldenkrais Method® is a form of awareness through movement (ATM) aimed at improving spatial and kinesthetic verbally guided movements, in order to learn more effective actions. The present study, proof-of-concept, observational, non-controlled prospective aims exploring the effectiveness ATM for fibromyalgia syndrome (FM), measuring effect by means multi-dimensional questionnaires, administered baseline after 4 months activity. One hundred twenty-eight FM patients (mean age 54 years old, 2% males) participated study. A statistically significant improvement was found FM-specific measures (Polysymptomatic Distress Scale, PDS) (p = 0.003) Pain Catastrophization Scale (PCS) 0.020); coherently, Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQR) showed trend intervention, although this not significant. logistic regression analysis correlation between PDS, fatigue anxiety measures; PCS, from diagnosis anxiety.ATM could improve pain-related catastrophizing. Further studies are needed identify subgroups find personalized targets that can be used guide treatments.
