Background: As the elderly population rapidly grows, age-related health issues are increasing. Telemedicine helps older adults adapt by providing efficient and accessible management medical services. Objectives: This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine research focus areas, emerging trends, collaboration networks in telemedicine for over past three decades. Methods: The Web of Science Core Collection served as primary data source publications on since database’s inception through June 2024. Using CiteSpace.6.2.R4 software, keyword network visualizations were generated, including clusters, co-authors, co-citations. Results: analyzed 586 papers from 252 countries or regions, which published across 246 journals written 2750 authors. Conclusions: revealed directions encompassing 42 clusters: (1) literacy technology adaptation; (2) management; (3) social interaction economic impact. Research hotspots include fitness, mobile health, acceptance, telemedicine, care, literacy. Despite potential benefit challenges persist areas such usability, effectiveness, service quality, privacy concerns. review provides a comprehensive overview current highlights trends field.

BACKGROUND With the increasing of global aging population, healthy and prevention age-related diseases have become increasingly important. The liver, a vital organ involved in metabolism, detoxification, digestion, immunity, holds pivotal role process organisms. Although extensive research on liver has been carried out, no bibliometric analysis conducted to evaluate scientific progress this area. AIM To analyze basic knowledge, development trends, current frontiers field via methods. METHODS We analyses range analytical tools including Python, bibliometrix package R, CiteSpace, VOSviewer. retrieved publication data from Web Science Core Collection Database. A knowledge map was constructed display contributions different authors, journals, countries, institutions, as well patterns co-occurrence keywords co-cited references. Additionally, gene regulation pathways associated with were analyzed STRING database. RESULTS identified 4288 articles aging, authored by 24034 contributors 4092 institutions across 85 countries. Notably, years 1991 2020 presented significant bursts output. United States led terms publications (n = 1008, 25.1%), citations 55205), international collaborations (multiple country 214). Keywords such “lipid metabolism”, “fatty disease”, “inflammation”, “liver fibrosis” “target” prominent, highlighting hotspots. top 64 genes, each which appeared at least 8 articles, essential for cell survival phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B, Forkhead box O p53 signaling pathways. CONCLUSION This study highlights key areas offers comprehensive overview insights into potential value collaborative pursuits clinical implementations.

Abstract Background Two distinct symptom dimensions were identified in older adults who did not have major depressive disorder (MDD): a) a dimension associated with mild cognitive dysfunction, and b) related to distress symptoms of old age (DSOA). It is uncertain whether previous findings regarding the features amnestic impairment (aMCI) remain valid when patients MDD are excluded. Objectives To examine, participants without MDD, neurocognitive characteristics aMCI objective DSOA. Neurocognition was evaluated utilizing Cambridge Neurological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB) memory tests. Results This research demonstrated that CANTAB tests capability differentiate between controls. The One Touch Stockings Cambridge, probability solved on first choice (OTS_PSFC), Rapid Visual Information Processing, A prime, Motor Screening Task, mean latency (MOT_ML), as significant discriminatory 37.6% variance severity predicted by OTS_PSFC, RVP_A’, word list recognition scores, education. Psychosocial stressors (adverse childhood experiences, negative life events), subjective feelings impairment, RVP, false alarm, account for 40.0% DSOA score. Discussion When ruled out, linked deficits attention, executive functions, memory. statistically impact or its severity. Enhanced alarm response bias coupled heightened psychological stress (including perception decline) may contribute an increase among elderly. Keys word: depression, adverse stress, anxiety
