Objective: This paper aims to show how REDECA Reengineering Delphi and Evaluation can be integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a way increase the influence of AI on Occupational Safety Health (OSH) by further advancing risk identification process, prevention injuries, compliance safety standards.Methods: A quantitative cross-sectional study method was used through multiple regressions analysis for relationships between application, identification, injury reduction, culture, compliance. Building information modeling (BIM) adoption offers significant benefits for construction projects, including enhanced collaboration and legal/contractual management. However, the impacts of BIM deployment on contracts dispute resolution remain unclear. This research analyzed regulatory legal implications in industry via a framework evaluating Contractual Frameworks (CF), Dispute Resolution (DR), Legal Awareness (LA), Risk Management (RM). Fifteen qualitative interviews with experts provided key insights. The results showed CF, DR, LA have large positive impact adoption, while RM has smaller effect. Specifically, clearly defined protocols contracts, efficient mechanisms, knowledge are essential to ensure effective deployment. Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs) provide a substantial risk to both public safety and infrastructure within severe earthquake zones. Abstract Internet of Things (IoT) technologies present transformative opportunities through connectivity intelligent devices, environmental sensors, and integrated management systems. This study aims to investigate the benefits impact IoT implementation on construction sites by analyzing relationships between key factors outcomes for safety efficiency. Hypotheses were developed proposing positive correlations each factor effective adoption sites. Structural equation modeling analysis survey data from professionals site reports strongly validated research hypotheses.
