Abstract
BACKGROUND
Several
bird
species

commercial

pets

Seahorses
are
unique,
charismatic,
and
threatened
fish
that
inhabit
some
of
the
most
vulnerable
marine
environments.

species
recognized
as

Abstract
The
surge
in
internet
accessibility
has
transformed
wildlife
trade
by
facilitating
the
acquisition
of

unique
ethical
challenges

researchers,

frameworks

cannot

readily
applied
to

Abstract
The
trade
of
alien
species
as
pets
is
increasingly
recognized

biosecurity
