Dendritic cells (DCs) are known as antigen-presenting that capable of regulating immune responses. DCs and T can interact mutually to induce antigen-specific T-cell Cabergoline, which is a dopamine (DA) receptor agonist, seems implement anti-inflammatory properties in the system, therefore present study impact DA agonist cabergoline on monocyte-derived (moDCs) was assessed. Immature moDCs were treated with lipopolysaccharide produce mature (mDCs). The expression DCs' related surface markers namely: CD11c, HLA-DR, CD86 measured by utilizing flow cytometry.
