There have been many studies reporting that the regular consumption of fruits and vegetables is associated with reduced risks cancer age-related chronic diseases. Recent demonstrated reducing reactive oxygen species inflammation by phytochemicals derived from natural sources can extend lifespans in a range model organisms. Phytochemicals known to display both preventative suppressive activities against various types via vitro vivo research interfering cellular processes critical for tumor development. The current challenge lies creating tailored supplements containing specific individual needs. Achieving this goal requires deeper understanding molecular mechanisms through which affect human health. In review, we examine recently (from 2010 2024) reported plant extracts established anti-aging anti-cancer effects activation FOXO3 transcriptional factor. Additionally, provide an overview these molecules exert their systems. Lastly, discuss limitations approach outline potential future directions field.

Peritoneal metastasis (PM) pathophysiology is complex and not fully understood. PM, originating from gastrointestinal (GI) cancer, a condition that significantly worsens patient prognosis due to its nature limited treatment options. The non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) have been shown play pivotal roles in cancer biology, influencing tumorigenesis, progression, metastasis, therapeutic resistance. Increasing evidence has demonstrated the regulatory functions of different classes ncRNAs, including microRNAs (miRNAs) long (lncRNAs) PM. Identifying biomarkers for early detection PM crucial step towards improving outcomes, how ncRNA profiles correlate with survival rates, response therapy, recurrence risks raised much attention recent years. Additionally, exploring innovative approaches utilizing such as targeted therapy gene silencing, may offer new horizons treating this dire condition. Recent advances systemic treatments development novel loco-regional therapies opened doors multimodal approaches. Radical surgeries combined hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) promising results, leading extended survival. Current research focused on molecular characterization which developing future strategies. By summarizing latest findings, study underscores transformative potential ncRNAs enhancing diagnosis, prognosis, GI paving way more personalized effective clinical
