In the recent era, increasing persistence of hazardous contaminants is badly affecting globe in many ways. Due to high environmental contamination, almost every second species on earth facing worst issue their survival. Advances newer remediation approaches may help enhance bioremediation's quality, while conventional procedures have failed remove compounds from environment. Chemical and physical waste cleanup been used current circumstances; however, these methods are costly harmful Thus, there has a rise use bioremediation due an increase which led development genetically engineered microbes (GEMs). It safer more cost-effective microorganisms rather than alternative methods. GEMs created by introducing stronger protein into bacteria through biotechnology or genetic engineering desired trait. Biodegradation oil spills, halobenzoates naphthalenes, toluenes, trichloroethylene, octanes, xylenes etc. accomplished using such bacteria, fungus, algae. Biotechnologically induced powerful naturally occurring ones degrade faster because they can quickly adapt new pollutants encounter co-metabolize. Genetic worthy process that will benefit environment ultimately health our people.

Petroleum hydrocarbons (PHs) are used as raw materials in many industries and primary energy sources. However, excessive PHs act soil pollutants, posing serious threats to living organisms. Various ex-situ or in-situ chemical biological methods applied restore polluted soil. most of the treatment expensive, environmentally unfriendly, sometimes inefficient. That attracts scientists researchers develop select new strategists remediate through risk-based analysis eco-friendly manner. This review discusses sources PHs, properties, distribution, transport, fate environment, internal external factors affecting remediation restoration process, its effective re-utilization for agriculture. Bioremediation is an method degrading specifically by using microorganisms. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies being monitor contaminated sites. Currently, these have caused a paradigm shift giving insights into microbially mediated biodegradation processes targeting rRNA discussed concisely. The recent development management contamination challenges future perspectives also discussed. Furthermore, nanotechnology seems very promising remediation, but success depends on cost-effectiveness. paper suggests bio-electrochemical systems that utilize electro-chemically active microorganisms with would be eco-friendlier help tailor-made sustainable technologies.

Global environmental pollutants are becoming intense because of the increasing human population, urbanisation, and industrialisation. Human health ecosystem affected by soil water contamination. Therefore, creating strategies is essential to tackle this persistent issue. In process, risk associated with these can be signifi-cantly reduced. Previously, traditional remediation techniques have been employed in combating pollutants, proving ineffective. Mycoremediation, which uses fungi or their compounds remediate has shown a cost-efficient, environmen-tally friendly, effective method that includes organic, inorganic, emerging contaminants (antibiotics, pharmaceuticals). This review provides an overview various mycoremediation approaches through for biosorption, precipitation, biotransfor-mation, sequestration pollutants. addition, removal metals, persis-tent organic other was highlighted. For example, such as Pleurotusdryinus, Trameteshirsuta MK640786, Aspergillusniger shows 91%, 94%, 98.4% degradation ranging from pesticides azo dyes, respectively. Furthermore, prospects remove heavy metals waters soils were discussed. It elucidated great potential pharmaceuticals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), pesticides, weedicides. The findings suggested knowledge gap exists enhance rate process. possible framework proposed facilitate promising technology rectifying global problems. procedures possible, further studies needed on fungal enzymes’ role, activities, regulation.

Nocardioides, a genus belonging to Actinomycetes, can endure various low-nutrient conditions. It degrade pollutants using multiple organic materials such as carbon and nitrogen sources. The characteristics applications of Nocardioides are described in detail this review, with emphasis on the degradation several hard-to-degrade by including aromatic compounds, hydrocarbons, haloalkanes, heterocycles, polymeric polyesters. has unique advantages when it comes pollutants. Compared other strains, significantly higher rate requires less time break down substances. This review be theoretical basis for developing microbial agent significant commercial application potential.
