In the rapidly evolving field of food science, nanotechnology-based biosensors are one most intriguing techniques for tracking meat freshness. Purine derivatives, especially hypoxanthine and xanthine, important signs going bad, in products. This article compares analytical performance parameters traditional biosensor that can be used to find purine derivatives samples. introduction, we discussed significance metabolisms as analytes science. Traditional methods analysis based on nanotechnology were also briefly explained. A comprehensive section conventional biosensing is covered detail, along with their (selectivity, sensitivity, linearity, detection limit) Furthermore, comparison above was thoroughly last part, pros cons future have been created discussed.

By ensuring optimal dosing, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) improves outcomes in critically ill patients by maximizing effectiveness while minimizing toxicity. Current methods for measuring plasma concentrations, however, can be challenging, time-consuming, and slow to return an answer, limiting the extent which TDM is used optimize exposure. A potentially promising solution this dilemma provided biosensors, molecular sensing devices that employ biorecognition elements recognize quantify their target molecules rapidly a single step. This paper reviews current state of art biosensors regarding application antibiotics ill, both as ex vivo point-of-care supporting timepoint measurements continuous real-time situ body. also discusses clinical development TDM, including regulatory challenges need standardized performance evaluation. We conclude arguing that, through precise antibiotics, holds great promise enhancing optimization exposure patients, offering potential improved outcomes.

Abstract Over the past few years, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) has gained practical significance in antimicrobial precision therapy. Yet two categories of mainstream TDM techniques (chromatographic analysis and immunoassays) that are widely adopted nowadays retain certain inherent limitations. The use biosensors, an innovative strategy for rapid evaluation concentrations biological samples, enables implementation point-of-care testing (POCT) continuous monitoring, which may circumvent constraints conventional provide strong technological support individualized treatment. This comprehensive review summarizes investigations have harnessed biosensors to detect drugs matrices, provides insights into performance characteristics each sensing form, explores feasibility translating them clinical practice. Furthermore, future trends obstacles achieving POCT discussed. More efforts necessary address four key ‘appropriateness’ challenges deploy practice, paving way personalized stewardship.
