A DNA electrochemical interface biosensor based on screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) holds promise for point-of-care testing (POCT) detection of pathogens in food safety. Nevertheless, SPCE commonly has a rough surface and suffers from relatively low electron transfer rate, disorder capture probes (CPs), the steric hindrance effect target nucleic acid binding. These issues lead to sensitivity. Herein, simple rapid N-doped porous (NPC)-modified freezing-directed combined with catalyzed hairpin assembly (CHA) was constructed one-pot samples without time-consuming growth cultures. The by modified NPC enhanced properties, CP designed CHA stably fixed electrode high hybridization efficiency. Moreover, signals amplified enable selective sensitive washing steps.
