Abstract Cloud computing is the on‐demand access to computer resources such as applications, servers, data storage, development tools, networking capabilities, and other that are held in a remote center maintained by cloud services provider(CSP) accessible over internet. The limited higher time consumption major issues faced users. appropriate selection of virtual machines (VMs) used maximize resource usage reduce task execution for clients (patients, physicians, etc.). In this article, we have introduced an efficient cloud‐based healthcare paradigm (HCS). opposition‐based Laplacian equilibrium optimizer (O‐LEO) algorithm select optimal VMs which maximization utilization minimization performed. Additionally, boosted support vector machine (SVM) effectively predicts chronic kidney disease (CKD) thereby ensuring better prediction results. CloudSim platform implementation proposed method. overall taken O‐LEO‐based less than standard Sim model create three cloudlets improve system efficiency 6%. When compared with existing techniques, both O‐LEO SVM classifier outperforms superior performances.
