Recognizing the significance of occupants and their interactions with building's operational systems, various occupant-related key performance indicators (KPIs) have been established. However, there remains a notable gap concerning practical utilization these by building stakeholders. Therefore, this study provides comprehensive overview KPIs how stakeholders influence them through decision-making. The assessed: (1) roles stakeholders; (2) stakeholders' requirement for occupant-centric in decision-making process; (3) factors demonstrating effective along data requirements to evaluate them; (4) decisions actions that affect KPIs. Key identified involved investors, owners, designers, occupants, managers operators, as well utility providers. Effective were characterised fit-for-purpose, actionability, quantifiability, comparability, reproducibility, integrability, feasibility, usability.
