During the covid and after covid, emerge of remote work hybrid model, changed most employee’s interest. Now, recent years employers want their employees back to office, switching towards traditional office-based seriously impacted in different ways. This study assess impact versus On-site work, within a single IT company employee. By focusing on employees, this tries find in-depth comprehension, how well these models affect productivity work-life balance, Job Satisfaction, Mental health collaboration communication. collects quantitative data through structured surveys from 100 employees. The collected was processed using SPSS tool for analysis such as ANOVA, Regression Correlation). also inspects demographics variables age, experience, gender etc. distinguish distinct impacts among various employee groups. Through analysis, aims provide actionable understanding seeking optimize arrangements. In a sector as dynamic and competitive tourism, human talent management becomes key factor. This study was carried out in tourism companies located Lima, Peru, with the objective of analyzing how resources strategies employed areas such integration, organization, compensation, development, retention auditing impact labor productivity workers. A non-experimental quantitative design descriptive correlational approach used, collecting data through structured surveys applied to employees sector. The working environment at PT. XYZ on line 4 of the precast concrete manufacturing has a high daily temperature and noise above threshold, but lighting is poor. Purpose This paper aims to advance corporate real estate (CRE) alignment by identifying workplace strategies that need integrate organisational structure and office layout elements relevant contextual factors of hybrid workplaces. Design/methodology/approach The study used 14 in-depth interviews professionals in CRE roles within multinational organisations Spain the Netherlands. Purpose The increase in teleworking has highlighted the role of office design hybrid work. purpose this study is to examine employees’ workplace experiences as push and pull factors for working on-site. investigated which aspects perceived conditions are associated with preference or decrease teleworking, taking into account other potential predictors these preferences (i.e. demographic factors, psychosocial employee well-being work ability).
