A bibliometric analysis of the economic effects of using artificial intelligence and ChatGPT tools in higher education institutions

One
of
the
main
challenges
in
higher
education
management
is
complexity
resource
optimization
and
increasing
volumes
data,
which
limits
efficiency
accuracy

application

present
study
aims
to
identify
key
trends,
knowledge
gaps,
opportunities
for
further
research
into
economic
effects
using
ChatGPT
tools
education.
For
this
purpose,
a
systematic
literature
review
was
conducted

scientific
articles
related
topic
indexed
Web
Science
Scopus
from
1986
2024.
A
total
234
were
selected,
all
demonstrating
positive
growth
both
scholarly
output
citation
count.

concluded
that
relevant
centers
are
still
at
an
early
stage
their
development.
Based
bibliometric
clusters
formed
co-occurrence
relations,
three
areas
defined:

including
reducing
administrative
