The NatA complex is composed of the NAA10, NAA15, and HYPK subunits. It primarily responsible for N-terminal acetylation, a critical post-translational modification in eukaryotes. Pathogenic variants within NAA10 cause Ogden Syndrome (OS), which characterized by varying degrees intellectual disability, hypotonia, developmental delay, cardiac abnormalities. Abstract Non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) presents significant therapeutic challenges, often characterized by aggressive proliferation and metastasis. This study investigates the role of SLC7A11, a ferroptosis‐related gene, in NSCLC progression potential engineered bacterial extracellular vesicles (BEVs) expressing SLC7A11‐targeting siRNA as strategy. Using TCGA GEO databases, we identified that SLC7A11 was significantly upregulated tissues. Functional assays demonstrated knockdown lines (NCI‐H2122 NCI‐H647) via qPCR, Western blot, immunofluorescence resulted impaired proliferation, migration, invasion abilities. In vivo xenograft models further revealed inhibited tumor growth metastasis, corroborated histological analyses. To enhance targeted delivery siRNA, BEVs with targeting peptide, verifying their structure function through transmission electron microscopy (TEM) nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA). toxicity assessments indicated safety for these bioengineered vesicles. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are the first-line therapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) sensitized mutations in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). However, resistance to TKIs is a major clinical issue that affects survival and prognosis of patients, mechanisms underlying this remaining elusive. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) class single-stranded, covalently closed RNA molecules, which generated from pre-messenger (mRNAs) through back splicing. The aim study was investigate role cRNA SPECC1 promoting NSCLC explore its potential involvement tumorigenesis metastasis adenocarcinoma (LUAD). In study, we identified differentially expressed genes sequencing three tumor samples obtained poor postoperative TKI treatment outcomes. Validation performed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) function experiments.
