Hydrogels have several characteristics, including biocompatibility, physical similarity with the skin’s extracellular matrix, and regeneration capacity. Cell migration proliferation are facilitated by natural polymers such as gelatin (Gel) carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). Gelatin dressing acts a structural framework for cell into wound area, stimulating division promoting granulation tissue formation. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil may prevent infection improve healing of wounds in early stages. We studied preparation containing its ability to heal wounds. In this study, CMC-Gel hydrogels different concentrations were investigated full-thickness After fabrication using surfactant (tween 20) microemulsion method (oil water), various tests SEM, Water uptake evaluation, weight loss, viability, blood compatibility, vivo study rat cutaneous modeling during 14 days performed evaluate properties fabricated hydrogels. The analysis revealed that they possess porous structures interconnected pores, an average size 83.23 ± 6.43 μm. exhibited swelling capacity up 60% their initial within 24 h, indicated loss measurements. viability MTT technique showed no cytotoxicity was observed at recommended dosage, however, increasing amount omega-3 caused hemolysis, death, inhibition coagulation activity. An adult male rats model greater than 91% improvement primary region after 2 weeks treatment. Histological demonstrated hydrogels, which is promising approach topical skin treatment scar, has shown efficacy improving repair process defect site.

Over millions of years evolution, nature has developed a myriad unique features that have inspired the design adhesives for wound healing. Bionic hydrogel adhesives, capable adapting to dynamic movements tissues, possess superior biocompatibility and effectively promote healing both external internal wounds. This paper provides systematic review principles these focusing on treatment skin wounds, explores feasibility incorporating nature-inspired properties into their design. The adhesion mechanisms bionic are analyzed from chemical physical perspectives. Materials natural synthetic polymers commonly used as detailed regarding degradability. multifunctional elements trauma treatment, such self-healing, drug release, responsive design, optimization mechanical properties, further explored. aim is overcome limitations conventional treatments offer safer, more effective solution application dressings.
