α-Cyanostilbene
represents
one
of

easily
functionalized
aggregation-induced

(AIE)
scaffolds.
It
has
been
widely
adopted
for
construction
fluorescent
materials

applications.
Here,
we
further
expanded
utilization
α-cyanostilbene
derivatives
detection

or
proteostasis

in
live
cells.
Four
different
amine

donors
were
introduced
to
construct
