In this study, immobilized biological activated carbon (IBAC) mediated with Olivibacter jilunii (strain PAO-9) was utilized to treat aquaculture wastewater for nutrients removal. IBAC strain PAO-9 could load the greatest ppk1 gene copy numbers (129524.6) per gram on at 28 °C 2 d in 120 rpm of stirring speed and stationary condition. Moreover, results about removal microbiology community structure showed that alter diversity microbial communities then promoted remove total phosphorus nitrogen eel wastewater. The highest phosphorus, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia treated by were 96.1 %, 98.0 100.0 % 97.4 respectively. all, O. a potential effective approach
