In this study, immobilized biological activated carbon (IBAC) mediated with Olivibacter jilunii (strain PAO-9) was utilized to treat aquaculture wastewater for nutrients removal. IBAC strain PAO-9 could load the greatest ppk1 gene copy numbers (129524.6) per gram on at 28 °C 2 d in 120 rpm of stirring speed and stationary condition. Moreover, results about removal microbiology community structure showed that alter diversity microbial communities then promoted remove total phosphorus nitrogen eel wastewater.
