Providing safe drinking water and clean is becoming a more challenging task all around the world. Although some critical issues limits remain unsolved, implementing ecologically sustainable nanomaterials (NMs) with unique features, e.g., highly efficient selective, earth-abundance, renewability, low-cost manufacturing procedures, stability, has become priority. Carbon nanoparticles (NPs) offer tremendous promise in sectors of energy environment. Abstract The accumulation of plastic wastes in landfills and the environment threatens our public health, while leading to loss potential carbon resources. urgent necessary lies developing an energy‐saving environmentally benign approach upgrade into value‐added chemicals. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are highly toxic, persistent organic pollutants that threaten ecosystems and human health. Consistent monitoring is essential to minimize the entry of PAHs into plants reduce food chain contamination. infiltrate through multiple pathways, causing detrimental effects triggering diverse plant responses, ultimately increasing either toxicity or tolerance. Primary detoxification processes include enzymatic transformation, conjugation, accumulation contaminants in cell walls/vacuoles. Plants also play a crucial role stimulating microbial degradation by producing root exudates, enhancing bioavailability, supplying nutrients, promoting soil diversity activity. Thus, synergistic plant–microbe interactions efficiently decrease uptake and, thereby, their along chain. This review highlights pathways overall fate as emerging concern (CEC). Understanding mechanisms, responses contaminants, with rhizosphere microbiota vital for addressing PAH pollution ensuring safety quality.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a group of persistent organic pollutants that carcinogenic, mutagenic, endocrine-toxic, and immunotoxic. PAHs can be found in maternal fetal blood the placenta during pregnancy. They may thus affect placental development. Therefore, exposure levels toxic effects deserve further study discussion. This review aims to summarize current knowledge on their metabolites pregnancy birth outcomes trophoblast cells.
