Major advances in our understanding of cancer pathogenesis and therapy have come from efforts to catalog genomic alterations cancer. Abstract Metastatic uveal melanoma is less well understood than its primary counterpart, has a distinct biology compared to skin melanoma, and lacks effective treatments.
