Aiming at the problem that weak fault signal of rolling bearing is affected by background noise and itself leads to difficulty in extracting features, a diagnosis method based on sparrow search algorithm-variational mode decomposition (SSA-VMD) Shannon entropy–exponential entropy decision proposed. Firstly, failure energy ratio original acquired judge failure. Secondly, time-domain decomposed VMD optimized SSA-VMD obtain Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) component, kurtosis correlation coefficient are normalized fused. The fusion parameter ( R V ) used filter IMF filtered component reconstructed achieve reduction effect. subjected Hilbert transform envelope spectrum vibration signal, type can be judged. Finally, input into model entropy-multilayer forward neural network (MFNN) identify degree damage. effectiveness verified using experimental data different types intermediate shaft bearings Shenyang Aerospace University self-built outer ring detachment evolution. results show more conducive judging whether has than signal. screening effectively characteristic frequency its doubling inner rings bearings. values damage signals have distribution regions, which verify identification entropy–MLP judgement.

Rolling bearing plays an important role in carrying and transmitting power rotating machinery, the fault is easy to lead mechanical accidents, resulting huge losses casualties. Therefore, condition monitoring diagnosis of rolling bearings are very improve safety equipment. Compound a common evolved from initial defect, which characterized by randomness, coupling, concealment, secondary. The existence these characteristics brings great challenges accurate compound faults. In faults, traditional methods that select single optimal demodulation frequency band for analysis identification sometimes cannot completely extract multiple components, prone miss misdiagnosis. order solve this problem, SEACKgram method proposed constructing Square Envelope Unbiased Autocorrelation Correlation Kurtosis (SEACK) index. original signal divided Maximal Overlap Discrete Wavelet Packet Transform, SEACK index used quantitatively describe signals different bands. According periods, resonant bands maximum value selected, then resonance analyzed square envelope spectrum, type identified according characteristic frequency. simulated experimental vibration with faults verify feasibility method. results show can accuracy would be applied engineering practice certain extent.
