Background: Human Resources Management (HRM) research is increasingly interested in the various employee resources to master digital transformation. The current, dynamic discourse on Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model demonstrates need for a state-of-the-art overview of validated support paradigm shift. Objective: This study aims identify objective work context and map them context-specific resource taxonomy. Background Despite a growing literature on how digitalisation affects service quality, justice, and accountability in the public sector, research effects work environment of employees is scarce. Objective To present discuss existing evidence identify knowledge gaps related to digitalization sector employees. Methods This scoping review based peer reviewed academic journal articles English found PubMed, PsycINFO, Business Source Premier (EBSCO) Scopus. Among street-level bureaucrats, reported challenges curtailed discretion, lack user involvement ethical stress. This study combines innovation resistance theory, the stimulus–organism–response (SOR) framework, and job demands–resources model to facilitate an in-depth exploration of barriers faced by healthcare professionals psychological responses they exhibit when adopting AI-supported technologies. We conducted a questionnaire survey obtained 296 valid from examine relationship between technologies AI adoption behavioral intentions. Purpose This study examines how hybrid work arrangements (such as telework and flexible work) influence job performance, considering the possible moderating effects of task variety self-control. Introduction Digital workplace technologies are powerful enablers in modern organizations but can also threaten employee wellbeing. Drawing on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, this study explores digital job demands, including hyperconnectivity and overload, their association with health impairment. Methods Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted 14 employees to capture experiences of these phenomena.
