Abstract
Youth
suicide
and
related
behaviors
continue
to
be
a
significant
public
health
concern
in
the
USA.
Multiple
approaches
across
settings,
including
schools,
are
required
address
this
multi-faceted
concern.
The
Texas
Suicide
Safer
Schools
Report
recommended
that
districts
post
prevention
information
on
their
websites
as
one
piece
of
more
comprehensive
initiatives.
However,
there
is
no
examination
literature
whether
recommendation
has
been
implemented
what,
if
any,
accessible
parents
students
about
school
district
websites.
This
study
quantifies
available
random
sample
20%
all
(
N
=
242)
conducts
exploratory
analyses
examine
what
features
associated
with

increased
likelihood
posting
information.

The
persistence
of
extreme
suicide
disparities
in
American
Indian
and
Alaska
Native
(AI/AN)
youth
signals
a
severe
health
inequity
with
distinct
associations
to
colonial
experience
historical
on-going
cultural,

economic,

oppression.

address
this
complex
issue,
we
describe
three
AI/AN
prevention
efforts
that
illustrate

strengths-based
community
interventions
across
the
spectrum

We
conducted

retrospective
cohort

Abstract
The
increase

suicide
rates

Asian

Pacific

(AAPI)
